Section 1: Import

We meet you where your data lives.

Upload your existing reservation spreadsheets, your P6 schedule export, and your manufacturer contact list. Plenumly parses and normalizes them in under an hour. No data hygiene project required upfront. We surface the gaps and fix them with you.

Section 2: Detect

The conflict engine runs continuously.

Every reservation has a slot date (when the manufacturer will deliver) and a need-by date (when construction needs it). The conflict engine compares them daily and scores risk. When a slot date drifts past need-by, we alert by email, Slack, or both. You see the problem before your construction PM does.

Section 3: Resolve

Move slots between sites. Capture stranded capex.

When one site slips and another accelerates, Plenumly suggests reallocating the reserved slot. The match scoring algorithm considers manufacturer, capacity, voltage class, lead time, and contractual transferability. You approve, we generate the email to the manufacturer.

Section 4: Report

Weekly reports, auto-generated.

Every Friday, Plenumly generates a status report in your house format. Send it to the board. Send a different cut to your EPC. Send a third cut to your internal ops team. Same data, three audiences, zero copy-paste.

Section 5: Integrate
